Founded in 2017
In 2017, two friends — Caressa and Liesbeth — started a small dream inside an even smaller 8m² studio in Haarlem, the Netherlands.Caressa brought stories to life through her designs and illustrations, while Liesbeth transformed them into huggable portraits — soft, cuddly representations of love and memories stitched into every piece.
As the stories grew and the love multiplied, it became clear: this was bigger than just the two of them. It was a mission. They named the company ‘Knuffelmakers’ and, through social media, built their reputation in the Netherlands.
In 2025, a new chapter began when Serge joined.
Together, they founded Teddify — with the vision of sharing their mission with a wider world:
A world where love doesn’t fade but stays close. A world where memories are something you can hold.
By 2020, the team expanded, welcoming passionate creators who brought their own care, craftsmanship, and creativity.
